Have you successfully navigated a hurdle in the college parenting experience? Whether it's applications, financial aid, interviewing, preparing for college, or any other part of the process, your tip could be worth $1000.00 towards your child's college education!
If you are a College Parent Magazine™ subscriber, you are eligible to apply for a $1,000.00 scholarship for your child's college education. Just send us your best tip for coping with the college parenting experience. If our editors think your tip is the best, you will receive a $1,000.00 scholarship for your child and your tip will be published in College Parent Magazine™. Plus, every tip that meets our editorial criteria will be published on our web site with credit to the author.

- If you are not yet a subscriber, subscribe now. Once you have subscribed, you will be prompted to the online submission form. (You can also access the form from our home page.)

RULES AND ELIGIBILITY:
- Only subscribers are eligible to enter.
- The deadline to enter is April 15, 2003. Mail submissions must be received by April 15, 2003 to be considered.
- Only one submission per subscriber, please. Multiple entries will not be considered.
- Tip must be 100 words or less.
- Submissions will be evaluated based on creativity, clarity, quality, and relevance.
- There is only one winner, chosen solely at our discretion. Winner will be notified within six weeks of the close of the competition.
- All submissions, regardless of eligibility, become the property of College Parent Magazine™.
- The winning tip will be published in College Parent Magazine™. All tips that meet our editorial criteria will be published on the Web site. Authors will be credited. All tips are subject to editing prior to publication.
- The winner receives a US$1,000.00 scholarship to be used only by their child. Scholarship is payable directly to the college or university of child's attendance.
- Scholarship is available only to U.S. residents. This offer is void in any state or jurisdiction prohibiting offers or awards of this type or if otherwise prohibited by law.
